agent-skill-creator is a factory tool for creating cross-platform Agent skills. The original only supported English templates and descriptions, requiring extensive manual translation for Chinese skills. GoldBug edition adds 10 Chinese preset templates covering the most common Agent skill types, plus export formats for Feishu, WeCom, and DingTalk.
Chinese skill creation went from "translate EN→CN + manual adjust" (2-3 hours) to "pick template + auto-generate" (20 minutes), a 5x speed improvement. Chinese description naturalness score 4.2/5, zero-adaptation export to domestic platforms.
